Pink and Carey Hart went on motorcycle ride for 14th anniversary

By General Posts

from http://www.contactmusic.net/

Pink and Carey Hart celebrated 14 years of marriage with a motorcycle ride in Ojai, California.

Pink and Carey Hart marked their 14th anniversary with a motorcycle ride.

The loved up couple – who married on January 7, 2006 – wanted a low-key celebration to mark the occasion, and they decided to hit the road in California earlier this month to enjoy a trip together.

She told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: We went on a motorcycle ride. We went to Ojai and stayed in an Airstream and it was really fun.”

The pair – who share daughter Willow, eight, and son Jameson, three, together – are grateful for each other and the family they’re raising.

Pink added: ”I mean, it’s fun to have a family and to be able to say, ‘Do you remember?’ or I’ll say something like, ‘I can’t believe my dad said that.’

”And Carey will be like, ‘He said that 10 years ago.’ And I’m like, ‘He did?’ So, it’s good that he reminds me of what happens in my life.”

The two lovebirds both shared romantic posts on Instagram last week to mark their anniversary, with Pink admitting their relationship ”isn’t perfect” but still showering her man with praise.

She wrote: ”We’ve been at this thing a long time, babe. It isn’t perfect, but I’m grateful it’s ours.

”I love our family. Thank you for walking in front of me, beside me, and right behind me at times.”

And Carey described his wife as his ”best friend”, while admitting she doesn’t like it when he says that.

He said: ”14 years married to this amazing woman. I’m so proud of the life that we have built together.

”Both of us came from broken homes, yet we made the choice to work hard at our relationship. And look at us now!

”Two misfits when we met, we have grown together and now have an amazing family. Thank you for being my best friend (I know you don’t like that), and amazing mother to our wild kids. I love you so much.”

According to Rich Anderson, Mastermind/Ringleader, Veteran of 4 years of Coast Guard Service, American Legion Rider, and board President, they had an idea to put on a rock concert type of event to raise money for veteran based charities – and other vets in their community in dire need. Yeah, they basically woke up one morning and decided they wanted to put on a rock concert and raise money this way….

Official Music Video “Let it Go” from Jasmine Cain Launch!

By General Posts

Good Day, lovely people!

I am excited to announce that we have launched our new music video “Let it Go” in partnership with Ingrooves Music Group. The video premiered through Pure Grain Audio for 24 hours and we had a great response! But now, it belongs to us entirely and we wanted to share it with you!

This video was filmed in Largo, Florida with Thomas Crane of Kill Devil Films. I came across his videos while watching another video from a band that we share a lot of stages with and decided he was the best man for the job. He did not disappoint. Several friends came together to find us a location (for free!) and things to smash (from Goodwill for under $20) and we built this masterpiece.

Let it Go is written about a grudge being held until it destroys you from the inside, but you just can’t seem to drop it. Writers were Caleb Sherman and Monique Staffile from the band HER and Kevin Bebout and myself. We recorded at Sound Emporium with Mills Logan.

We want to hear from you! Did you love it? Hate it? Wanna show us some love? Please make sure and comment on the YouTube video. That’s how we get bumped to the trending videos. Thank you so much for all you do for us. We love you all! Now, go watch this video!

Katy Perry goes tropical in latest video, ‘Harleys in Hawaii’

By General Posts

By Adam Wallis from https://globalnews.ca

Katy Perry has released a new single called Harleys in Hawaii.

The three minute, 15 second track was released on Wednesday along with a scenic, colourful and saucy music video directed by Manson.

The bass-heavy pop tune, which is driven by a subtle acoustic guitar melody, serves as the 34-year-old’s fourth single in 2019 overall.

During an interview on the Zach Sang Show in July, Perry revealed that the inspiration for the song came from a trip to Hawaii with her fiancée, Orlando Bloom, where the couple rented and rode Harley Davidson motorcycles together in the tropical American state.

She said: “I can remember specifically where I was, the street corner I was at (in Oahu), and turning that corner and whispering to Orlando, going “I’m going to write a song called Harleys in Hawaii… and I did.”

Much like her last single, Small Talk — which dropped in early August — Harleys in Hawaii was produced by Charlie Puth and Johan Carlsson.

The pair co-wrote the song alongside Perry and Jacob Kasher, who is another frequent collaborator of the Teenage Dream singer.

Though Perry has released four singles this year, including Never Really Over and 365, it’s unclear if she’s working on a follow-up to her critically acclaimed 2017 album, Witness.

During her chat with host Zach Sang over the summer, the pop star said, “I haven’t really committed to calling anything an album or making an album.”

Perry didn’t rule out the possibility of a new album, however. “If there’s demand for a full body of work, then we’ll see,” she added.

Though she teased a potential album, the pop star admitted she was enjoying releasing singles as their own entities. “I’ve never been able to just put out songs one after the other,” she said.

The Roar singer continued: “Everyone’s like, ‘Oh people don’t put out full records anymore, they just put out songs, what a shame.’ I don’t know if it’s a shame actually, because every song gets it’s own little moment.”

“They get the spotlight, they get a visual,” she added. “Every song, at least to an artist, is somewhat important,” adding that she’s not upset at the people who disagree with her.

Harleys in Hawaii is now available through all major streaming platforms.

Tanya Tucker Debuts “Bring My Flowers Now”

By General Posts

TANYA TUCKER DEBUTS
“BRING MY FLOWERS NOW”
WHILE I’M LIVIN’ PRODUCED BY
BRANDI CARLILE AND SHOOTER JENNINGS,
DUE AUGUST 23 ON FANTASY RECORDS

SALT LAKE CITY PERFORMANCE WITH BRANDI CARLILE ADDED TO SELECT DATES

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Country icon Tanya Tucker premieres “Bring My Flowers Now” today. The song is taken from her highly anticipated new album While I’m Livin’, produced by Brandi Carlile and Shooter Jennings, out August 23 via Fantasy Records. Listen/share the song here and preorder the album here.

Co-written by Tucker, Carlile and the twins Tim and Phil Hanseroth, the track is the album closer and in many ways the cornerstone of the record. Featuring Carlile’s solo piano and Tucker’s plaintive vocal, it speaks to the importance of showing appreciation to those we love before it’s too late. Tucker explains, “‘Delta Dawn’ has always been my favorite song that I have ever recorded and the pinnacle of my 50-year career. But I think now, ‘Delta Dawn’ has to move over for ‘Bring My Flowers Now.’ This song came from my heart; it’s about showing love for the ones we have now before they are gone.”

In celebration of the release, Tucker will play special select shows this fall. The performances will be held August 22 at Exit/In in Nashville—with a second appearance added on the 23rd at the Grand Ole Opry—September 17 at The Bowery Ballroom (presented by SiriusXM) in New York, and October 16 at The Troubadour in Los Angeles. Purchase tickets (including VIP packages) here. Additionally, Tucker will join Brandi Carlile at the Vivint Arena in Salt Lake City on December 6. Tickets and VIP packages are available here.

Tucker is enjoying a career renaissance with While I’m Livin’, her first album of all new material in 17 years, as well as with the recent announcement that she will receive a star on the The Hollywood Walk of Fame next year.

While I’m Livin’ is largely comprised of songs written by Carlile and Tim and Phil Hanseroth. “It’s a musical biography of sorts,” explains Carlile, “about Tanya’s real life and the places she’s seen, and it’s narrated by the greatest country and western singer this side of Johnny Cash.”

Watch the videos for previously released album tracks “The Wheels of Laredo,” (directed by Myriam Santos) here and “Hard Luck” (directed by noted photographer Chris Phelps) here, and listen to “The House That Built Me” here.

Born in Seminole, Texas, Tucker had her first country hit, the classic “Delta Dawn,” at the age of 13 in 1972. Since that auspicious beginning Tucker has become one of the most admired and influential artists in country music history, amassing 23 Top 40 albums and a stellar string of 56 Top 40 singles, ten of which reached the #1 spot on the Billboard country charts. Tucker’s indelible songs include some of country music’s biggest hits such as the aforementioned “Delta Dawn,” “Soon,” “Two Sparrows in a Hurricane,” “It’s a Little Too Late,” “Trouble,” “Texas (When I Die),” “If It Don’t Come Easy” and “Strong Enough To Bend.” Tucker is also the recipient of numerous awards, including two CMAs, two ACMs, three CMT awards and 10 GRAMMY nominations.
