New Robocop Movie To Feature Futuristic Motorcycle

With Jose Padilha‘s remake of RoboCop, not only is the title character getting a new suit, apparently he’s getting a new mode of transportation too. While the RoboCop of 1987 was happy piloting a standard police cruiser, the RoboCop of 2014 (the film was just pushed back) will rock a sleek new motorcycle. Motorcycle Scavenger Hunt Helps Veterans

  Bikers decked out in leather vests with patches and insignias denoting their time in the armed forces mounted shining motorcycles and roared away, beginning a quest through the Onslow County’s past. The bikers were at a local motorcycle shop for the Historical Markers Ride, an annual motorcycle scavenger hunt, held by North Carolina Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association. The ride brought together the thrill of the hunt with the company of the local community, including many servicemembers and veterans. “We wanted to put together a ride different from other rides,” said H. Palm Coast man accused of laundering money in motorcycle Ponzi scheme

  A 45-year-old Palm Coast man was being held Thursday on $1 million bail, accused of laundering money as part of a motorcycle Ponzi scheme, a Flagler County sheriff's spokeswoman said. Michael Stevens of Calusa Court was arrested Wednesday on a warrant charging him with money laundering, a first-degree felony, and "structuring," a second-degree felony, meaning that he evaded currency-transaction reporting requirements, according to court documents. NHRA announces revisions to 2013 Pro Stock Motorcycle schedule

  NHRA officials announced today two revisions to the 2013 NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series schedule where the Pro Stock Motorcycle category competes. In 2013, the Pro Stock Motorcycle class will visit zMAX Dragway in Charlotte, April 19-21, and be a part of the NHRA Four-Wide Nationals. The category will compete four-wide along with Top Fuel, Funny Car, and Pro Stock. In addition, the bikes will be featured at the inaugural NHRA New England Nationals in Epping, N.H., June 20-23. To accommodate the schedule changes, the Pro Stock Motorcycles will not compete in Atlanta and Brainerd.
