by Rogue and others I made plans to attend Harley Davidson’s 120th Anniversary in Wisconsin, when I got a phone call from Berry Wardlaw. He told me about the Panhead Anniversary and the event that was happening to celebrate it in the Milwaukee area. The Event was June 22-24 and the Harley Reunion was July 13-16. That would mean two rides to Milwaukee from Florida and back. With almost a month between the events, so it was doable. Rockford-Fosgate Amplifier for Harley-Davidson

by Rogue with photos by Nick Sherman My 2022 Harley Ultra came with a reasonable sound system, but my problem is hearing loss from when I was in the military. That prompted me to order an amplifier and new speakers. Life got in the way and I got behind schedule and needed some help getting it installed. The system I chose was Harleys Rockford-Fosgate 400W – 4 Channel I decided to get some help on this install for a couple of reasons. The factory suggests installation is done by a technician at a Haley dealership. Even if you do the install yourself the newly installed audio system and speakers will not play audio unless it is configured using the Harley-Davidson audio app or by an authorized Harley dealership, sneaky. I have handled numerous upgrades over the years, and this one can be done if you have the time, knowledge and tools. I did not have the time. by Rogue COMFORT ALL YEAR LONG My 2022 Harley Ultra Limited comes from the factory with heated grips. That was good because I have been using heated grips on my previous motorcycle for years and have gotten to like them a lot. I have also been running a heated seat for years and again wanted to continue doing so. Well, Harley just happens to have one and it also cools, something I have not tried before even though there had been plenty of times, I would like to have had one. Part 1 of a Trampster Run to CA by Rogue and Friends I received a text message from brother Berry Wardlaw at Accurate Engineering. “Do you want to go on a Trampster Run?” I replied “Yes” which got me another text. “Don’t you want to know where?” I replied, “NO, just want to know when we are leaving and are expecting to get back.” Next message “I will let you know in a couple of days.” A Trampster Ride will have a starting date and a tentative return date.
