The 8 Motorcycles Reproduced with Insane Realism in RiMS Racing

By General Posts

by Bogdan Popa from https://www.autoevolution.com

RiMS Racing is one of the most anticipated game releases of the year for moto racing fans, especially as Nacon and RaceWard Studio have promised to accurately reproduce the fastest bikes out there in this new title.

So in theory, RiMS Racing is supposed to feel stunningly real from one end to another, and based on a new video published by the two companies, it looks like this is very likely to happen.

Nacon has published gaming footage recorded on the Suzuka circuit in Japan, allowing us to see how the 2019 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10RR behaves on the track. And at the same time, the video also reveals other tidbits about the game, including the customization screen where you can change nearly every little detail about the motorcycle you’re about to hop on for the next race.

And last but not least, Nacon has also shared the list of eight motorcycles that will be available in the game: the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10 RR, Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory, BMW M 1000 RR, Ducati Panigale V4 R, Honda CBR1000RR ABS, MV Agusta F4 RC, Suzuki GSX-R1000R and the Yamaha YZF-R1.

As we said earlier, every single model comes with insane realism, and you can figure this out by simply checking out the video we embedded below. It’s pretty clear Nacon and RaceWard struggled to make the whole experience feel as real as possible, and you can almost feel the feedback the Kawasaki gives by simply looking at the video.

RiMS Racing will include over 70 events, and Nacon says it’ll roll out lots of multiplayer challenges after the game finally becomes available this summer.

And speaking of launch date, RiMS Racing is projected to see the daylight on August 19 on pretty much every gaming platform out there, including not only PC, but also consoles. The game will be available on both current and next-gen consoles, as well as on the Nintendo Switch.

Triumph gives closer look at upcoming Trident in new images

By General Posts

from https://www.expressandstar.com

Sports bike is undergoing final testing ahead of spring release.

Triumph has showcased its upcoming Trident in a series of up-close new images.

The Trident, which is set to hit UK dealerships in the spring, is the British bike manufacturer’s latest brand-new motorcycle and is now undergoing final testing at the firm’s Hinckley headquarters ahead of its full reveal in the coming weeks.

These new images show high-end Showa suspension and Nissin brakes, as well as Michelin Road 5 tyres. Though no details have been released about the Trident’s engine, Triumph has said that it will be A2 compliant which means it’ll produce a maximum of 94bhp.

The Trident is set to become the new entry point to the Triumph range

The photos also showcase the Trident’s LED lighting as well as the bike’s combination of retro-inspired and ultra-modern design features. The rear end of the motorcycle has the look of a classic racer, while the cut out tank is a nod to more classic bikes.

It’s set to become the new entry point to the Triumph range of motorcycles, sitting under the Street Twin and Street Triple S. Though full prices have yet to be revealed, it’s expected that it will cost under £8,000 when it goes on sale in order to contend with the likes of the Yamaha MT-07.

The Trident was first showcased last month as a full concept, though due to the bike’s entirely white paint scheme, it was difficult to make out the finer details of the motorcycle’s design. These photographs signal the end of a four-year programme of development, too.

During final testing, engineers will fine-tune the Trident’s characteristics. Triumph is pitching the bike as incorporating a ‘rider friendly chassis’, making the Trident into ‘the first choice for a new generation of Triumph riders’.

Coast to Coast Tour Includes Bike Weeks in Daytona Beach, Arizona, Myrtle Beach and Sturgis

Nashville, TN: Music City Mayhem ‘Female Rock Vocalist of the Year’ and bassist extraordinaire Jasmine Cain has announced the March 29 release of “Be Brave,” the first single from her forthcoming album, SEVEN. With shimmering vocals and her trademark bassline, the melodic mid-tempo rocker recalls the best of Halestorm, Heart and Whitesnake. Inspired by her best friend, and lifetime co-writer, Paige Logan, Cain shaped the song with her friend’s infinite wisdom, “She has been my female inspiration for many of my transitions in life. I’ve seen her face almost everything life can throw at you, and each time she walked through the fire and came out of the ashes on the other side better than she was before. When I asked her how she does it, this is her only advice. Be brave.”

Brave is the first taste of SEVEN, Cain’s seventh album, and her first since 2016’s White Noise, a breakthrough album that featured Jeff LeBar of Cinderella and Michael Starr of Steel Panther. SEVEN is more than a number, it’s a life path that she connects to on a deeply spiritual level, “The number seven is about harmony and allowing yourself to think outside the box. I needed a new direction and fresh ideas and so I created my own trinity of sound with the help of some key element players and together we pushed through the boundaries I had locked myself into a new dimension that is SEVEN.”

Three years in the making, and due for release on May 10, Cain has delivered her magnum opus, packed with her most personal burdens, unpacked with emotional clarity and executed with a searing urgency. Anthems like “Let It Go” and “Ghost” showcase her incredible range as a vocalist, finding strength from scars while the razor sharps riffs of “Money,” Burnout” and “Real World” show that this power trio is an unstoppable force to be reckoned with.

Produced by Caleb Sherman, known for his work with The Lacs and Rex Brown of Pantera, the 10-track album deftly layers the edginess of Active Rock with the pop sensibilities of Adult Contemporary to create a comprehensive journey that stakes its claim as a towering achievement of classic rock and modern music. In addition to Sherman, who adds keys, synth, guitars, bass, and background vocals, Mills Logan was at the controls as recording and mixing engineer with contributions from songwriters Paige Logan, Monique Staffile (HER), and Kevin Bebout and all-star musicians including guitarists Jordan Roepke, and Kenny Olson (Kid Rock) and Accept drummer Christopher Williams.

In conjunction with the album release, Jasmine launched a Patreon to give her rabid “Cainiacs” exclusive access to subscriber-only videos, limited edition posters, behind-the-scenes photos and two bonus cuts not appearing on the album, the soul-baring, “Hurt” and a cover of “E.T.” by Katy Perry. Patrons will also have the opportunity to partake in VIP meetups.

Taking the show on the road is what she loves the most, logging 150 dates per year. 2019 will see her go coast-to-coast, from the beaches of South Carolina to the sands of San Diego including multi-date stints at bike weeks in Daytona Beach, Scottsdale, Myrtle Beach, Galveston, TX and Sturgis, SD. For her album release show in Nashville, she’s hosting a raucous celebration at Little Harpeth Brewery in East Bank. Dubbed “May The 4th Be With You,” her Star Wars themed Cantina Party will include a costume contest, burlesque, prop replicas, a Stormtrooper DJ and a full bore rock show. In addition to standard general admission tickets, a limited number of VIP passes will be offered that include a private viewing area and a special meet ’n’ greet with Jasmine and Femi Taylor (Oola from Return of the Jedi). INDIAN MOTORCYCLE INTRODUCES LIMITED-EDITION 2019 ROADMASTER ELITE

With Only 200 Being Produced, This Ultra-Premium Touring Machine Offers The Ultimate Riding Experience

Minneapolis (February 26, 2019) – Indian Motorcycle, America’s first motorcycle company founded in 1901, today announced its latest ultra-premium touring motorcycle, the 2019 Roadmaster Elite. With only 200 available, the limited-edition Roadmaster Elite pairs modern touring amenities with iconic Indian Motorcycle styling. The 2019 model also boasts many exclusive premium features including a hand painted custom-inspired design along with top of the line premium amenities.

Every Roadmaster Elite is an artistic masterpiece that features Wildfire Red Candy over Black Crystal paint with real 24-karat gold leaf badging. Each bike undergoes a meticulous paint process that takes nearly 30 hours to complete and is finished by hand.

New for 2019, the Roadmaster Elite receives an upgraded 600-watt PowerBand™ Audio Plus system. The high-powered system delivers exceptional sound and clarity from high-output fairing, trunk, and saddlebag speakers that are 50 percent louder than the stock audio system offered on the 2019 Roadmaster. The PowerBand Audio Plus system features an enhanced nine-band dynamic equalizer that auto-adjusts specific frequencies to the optimal level at different vehicle speeds to compensate for road, wind, and engine noise to deliver crystal clear sound quality in every riding condition.

Additional premium amenities unique to the Roadmaster Elite include leather passenger armrests, spacious billet aluminum rider and passenger floorboards, a premium touring console, billet aluminum pinnacle mirrors, and chrome bumpers.

“The Roadmaster Elite offers the most refined, premium touring experience for riders that demand the best of the best,” said Reid Wilson, Senior Director for Indian Motorcycle. “We’ve truly left no stone unturned, packing this bike with style and comfort features that take the touring experience to a new level.”

Along with the powerful Thunder Stroke® 111 engine, which produces 119 ft-lbs of torque for exceptional power at low RPM, the Roadmaster Elite features the latest ride-enhancing technologies available from Indian Motorcycle, including:

Selectable Ride Modes
Three selectable ride modes, including Tour, Standard and Sport, allow the rider to adjust the bike’s throttle response to fit their riding preferences. The throttle map for each Ride Mode was designed with a specific application in mind, resulting in one motorcycle with three distinct personalities.

Rear Cylinder Deactivation
When the Thunder Stroke 111 reaches operating temperature and the ambient temperature exceeds 59⁰ F, the rear cylinder will automatically deactivate when the bike is at a standstill, resulting in less engine heat for improved rider comfort in slow-moving or stopped traffic. The rear cylinder instantly reactivates when throttle is applied for a seamless transition to full power. The bike also features redesigned lowers that provide optimal airflow for improved comfort.

Ride Command:
The Indian Motorcycle Ride Command® system is the largest, fastest, most customizable infotainment system on two wheels. The seven-inch, glove-compatible touchscreen features turn-by-turn navigation, customizable rider information screens, Bluetooth® compatibility, and pairs with the Indian Motorcycle Ride Command mobile app for remote accessibility to key vehicle information. Riders can also plan a ride route with up to 100 points on the Ride Command website and wirelessly transfer it to the bike via Bluetooth.

The 2019 Roadmaster Elite also comes standard with all the premium touring amenities riders expect from an Indian Roadmaster, including full LED lighting, a genuine leather two-up touring seat individually heated for rider and passenger, ABS, heated handgrips, keyless ignition, a push button power windshield, weatherproof, remote-locking saddlebags, a spacious trunk that fits two full face helmets, and over 37 gallons of storage space.

Among the performance upgrades available for the 2019 Roadmaster Elite are a new Stage 1 Exhaust, a Thunder Stroke® Stage 1 Performance Air Intake, Thunder Stroke® Stage 2 Performance Cams, and the 116ci Stage 3 Big Bore Kit for riders looking for the ultimate in performance. The bike also has many comfort and style accessories available including a mid-rise handlebar, a new color-matched open fender and 19-inch front wheel for riders who prefer a more aggressive look.
