A Minibike Enduro Race Completely Out Of Its Mind

WATCH THE VIDEO: Insane 3 Hour Mini Bike Enduro Race is a Nonstop CRASH AND BURN!! | 2022 GPS 180 Three hours of mini bike racing on a grueling 3.5 mile rocky race track. Bikes hold up astoundingly well considering the terrain, but the competition is fierce! Some built an awesome full suspension racing mini bike, and racers do their absolute best on this mini bike race trail. by Janaki Jitchotvisut from https://www.rideapart.com Only about half the bikes that started this race made it to the finish line. When you see the number 180, what’s the first thing you think of? For many, it’s a complete reversal—you’re going in exactly the opposite direction from which you came. If you’re Go Power Sports, though, it’s a three-hour enduro race run entirely on minibikes in the wilds of its Texas grounds. The guys behind the Cars and Cameras YouTube channel participated in both 2021 and 2022. Naturally, the most recent 2022 run was all about improving on mistakes made last year. I mean, that’s what all racers do, isn’t it? Overall, the experience did go a bit better, but there were definitely some hiccups that could be improved upon for 2023. About 60 or so bikes (give or take) lined up to compete on the day, divided into three different classes. There was a junior class, for young racers. There were also two separate classes for riders with full suspensions, and hardtail riders (who were allowed to have front suspensions). The Cars and Camera crew, in their infinite wisdom, built their full-suspension entry and got it together just one day prior to race day. While the bike and riders did pretty well, considering, as you’ll see throughout the video, building a bike the day before you plan to race it may not […]

Trike File Meets Mike the Trike

by DaCat Tuning the Ride with Saddlemen, Legends and Khrome Werks Since buying this 2017 M8 trike, I’ve been working on refining the ride as possible. This entailed changing the shocks to coil over Legend Revo A’s, adding a lift kit and adjusting everything as optimally as possible. Also, the front springs were removed and replaced with Legend Axio canister front suspension. The combination of the modified front and rear suspension really made the ride much, much better. Bandit’s Cantina Series: Episode 100

by K. Randall Ball with Illustrations from George Fleming, Atomic Bob, Hal Robinson Dick Allen Joey Bunch woke with a start. He rode an old ’69 Sportster XLCH with a magneto. It took him a few minutes of kicking to get it started on the cool morning. But then he blazed through the back streets of Venice, California, just west of downtown Los Angeles toward the designated meeting spot. Through one trash strewn alley after another he darted, making his way to the freeway. A confused kid, he watched his neighborhood deteriorate as more illegals, homeless and drug addicts filled the streets. He didn’t dare leave his vintage Sportster in full view of street traffic. It would be ripped-off in a hot second. Click Here to read this 100th episode in the Bandit’s Cantina series. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

5-Ball Racing VL, FL custom motorcycle build

by Bandit with photos by the Redhead and Atomic Dice illustrations It’s all started on a Sunny winter day when I met with old friend Randy Simpson and he declared, “I want to buy the Dicey Knucklehead.” I didn’t want to let it go, but I also wanted to honor Randy’s wish. His co-builder, Gary Woodford, passed away and he wanted a tribute to him. For the first time in 20 years, I didn’t have a shop. I had to do something or chase women and drink whiskey. Irish Rich, from Shamrocks just moved to Sturgis from Denver and had a couple of rusting VL frames. At least I could find parts and start planning.
