Tucker Rocky / Bikerā€™s Choice To Merge With Motorsport Aftermarket Group

Tucker Rocky / Bikerā€™s Choice announced today it has agreed to merge with Motorsport Aftermarket Group (ā€œMAGā€). LDI Ltd., LLC (ā€œLDIā€), the sole shareholder of Tucker Rocky / Bikerā€™s Choice, will become the majority shareholder of the combined company. Leonard Green & Partners, L.P., the current majority shareholder of MAG, and other existing MAG shareholders will retain a significant minority interest in the combined company. LDI has been a major participant in the powersports industry for 25 years through its ownership of Tucker Rocky / Bikerā€™s Choice. At closing, J.A. Indian Motorcycle Exhibit To Open At AACA Museum in Hershey

If you enjoy motorcycles, especially the vintage ones, you'll have a chance to see some of the early Indian machines at the Antique Automobile Club of America Museum in Hershey. The museum will open a new exhibit, "Indian Nation: The Indian Motorcycle and America," starting Friday. The exhibit will run through Oct. 24. The exhibit will include more than 20 motorcycles from a 1903 Indian (u/r) to a 1916 4-valve single, board-track racer to a 1957 Apache. Custom Motorcycle Company Booval owner Dan Buechse said he'd lost business since the laws came into effect.Ā "I've been here since 2006 and it's been perfect all the time. As soon as he put these rules across, half my business was gone," he said.Ā "This month now has been just shocking. I'm starting to panic. My money's run out.Ā Most of my customers are normal dudes.
