Bikernet Tech ā€”Ā Barnett Scorpion Clutch Install

I experienced clutch slippage while riding home from Sturgis, and when I went to repair it I found that my fiber plates were worn severely, plus the clutch basket ring gear teeth were damaged. I recently spotted the new Barnett Scorpion Clutch Basket on Bikernet. Part No: 321-30-46106 which fits 2007-15 Harley Big Twins and (2006 Dynas). This could fix all my problems. Note: These are the parts I used on my 2009 Harley FLHTC, there are other part numbers for other applications. Bikernet Tech ā€” Fixing A Cracked Primary Exhaust

My friend Tom called me an all too common problem with Harley Baggers! A broken exhaust! This is what happens when you donā€™t periodically check things. The weight of the muffler stress cracked the header at the cross-over, along with some corrosion; the old girl just couldnā€™t hang on anymore. Read more. Advertisement

Bikernet Sunday Post ā€”Ā Time To Get Real

The Post is in! Bandit sez:Ā Hey, Interesting times. I was just about to write something and my politically correct, chickenshit meter started to ping me. Iā€™m hesitant to write about terrorism, yet it surrounds us. Iā€™m squeamish about writing about religions; donā€™t want to piss anyone off. Itā€™s difficult to write about science, history, race, you name it. I suppose Iā€™m lucky to be a biker. Continue reading.
