Harley-Davidson is Facing a Proxy Vote on Wednesday

As we all know, Harley-Davidson is not just a vehicle manufacturer. They build freedom. They construct an American icon. No vehicle in the world represents the American Way more than Harley-Davidson.
There are several ways we can help return the company to its rightful path. Talk to your dealer. Become a stock holder. The stock is down so shares are cheap.
There needs to be a greater Dealer representation and someone from the family on the Board everyday. The dealers are uniting to help.
I spoke to Frank White a former off-road motorcycle manufacturer, member of the MIC and diehard Harley fan. He had another option for reaching out to the Board.
“Attached is an explanation on how to give feedback to ISS. ISS is a proxy evaluation firm that gives recommendations to their customers on how to vote on proxy issues. ISS is the most influential company on these matters. Â
“They provide voting recommendations on board members, ‘say on pay’ and on the external financial auditor, and anything else that is up for a vote. I’ve just found out there is a mechanism to give the ISS pertinent info that may help inform their recommendations. Anyone is welcome to submit. You can read what they are looking for.
“FYI ISS has not issued their recommendations yet for HDMC but it should happen Wednesday. All hands on deck.”
