Here's some news for the European shore of the Atlantic: new motorcycle laws affecting bike sales in the European union countries have been passed, and they will become effective starting January 1st 2016.
This means both good and bad news for the French motorcyclists, as one of the laws affects this market only: the 100 HP limitation. Until now, bikes sold in France had to be equipped with engines producing no more than 100 HP. Those loaded with more powerful engines had to be de-tuned to comply with this limit.
