Vance & Hines Expands New PCX Lineup with Return of the Pro Pipe and Debut of Bagger Race Replica System Santa Fe Springs CA – Vance & Hines, which earlier this week announced its innovative new PCX (Power Chamber Exhaust) technology, is now adding two new 2-into-1 exhaust systems to their product line. The introduction includes the return of the ultra-popular Pro Pipe 2-into-1 exhaust system and a system inspired by the one used on the company’s King of the Baggers racers, a series that has inspired a new level of custom and performance in Harley-Davidson touring bikes. PCX technology ensures that these Vance & Hines systems meet all EPA emissions criteria. Pro Pipe is a classic design that has twenty years of evolution and improvement built into its return to market. It has all the ingredients for making power: stepped headers, an oversized collector and long megaphone muffler. The new generation Pro Pipe now features the innovative PCX™ technology, which integrates a chambered high-flow catalyst in the megaphone for a bigger boost in torque and a more robust rumble of a big V-Twin motor. The placement of the catalyst deeper into the muffler moves heat away from the rider and improves rider comfort. The Pro Pipe system fits Harley-Davidson Milwaukee-Eight Touring (2017-2022) and Softail (2018-2022) models, as well as late model Twin Cam Touring models (2010-2016). The Vance & Hines Hi-Output RR exhaust system comes directly out of the development work done for the riders in the King of the Baggers class of the MotoAmerica Road Racing Championships. NHDRO Motorcycle Action Coming Back to Edgewater

NHDRO motorcycle drag racing series race coverage report event: NHDRO’s Summer Nationals presented by Page Racing when: August 5-7, 2022 where: Edgewater Sports Park, Cleves, Ohio, USA Racing so nice they’re doing it twice. The Midwest’s largest motorcycle drag racing series—NHDRO—is coming right down the return road to the head of Edgewater Sports Park’s staging lanes for the Summer Nationals presented by Page Racing on August 5-7. NHDRO’s three races in one weekend format paid off well when the recent July Nationals presented by APE Raceparts faced a Sunday rainout. Making racing economical by giving competitors three days of racing at every event meant that two days of NHDRO Big Checks had already been distributed. And what with racing right here centrally in Ohio, NHDRO is delivering more smiles per mile of travel to motorcycle drag racers. Friday night is Shootout time, with NHDRO Delay Box, No-Box, Road Course, Schnitz Racing Top Gas, No-Time/Grudge, and 55-and-older Shootouts. A whole new program of NHDRO points racing starts with MPS Pro ET and Kevin Dennis Insurance Street ET timed runs at 9:00 am on Saturday—and repeats on Sunday for two complete days of class racing following Friday’s full slate of Shootouts—three full days of competition for the cost of one drive. The Only Motorcycle Company to be Destroyed by a Natural Disaster by Bandit with Photos from the Master Markus Cuff In early motorcycle industry, one of the most magnificent startups was unfortunately unable to survive, because of the 1906 San Francisco earthquake. Rumor has it Carl N. Nelk pushed this motorcycle out in front of his brick building for a photo-shoot when the earthquake hit. The blast destroyed his operation behind him. One bike survived and this is it. More than 3,000 San Franciscans died, and over 80 percent of the city was destroyed. In the early era, ome motorcycle companies grew behind not-so-reliable machines. Others including the Nelk, of Palo Alto, California, with its outside polished flywheel was way ahead of its time from a styling and performance standpoint. Unfortunately, the smooth art-deco styling never made it to the mass-manufacturing stage.
