Bold, Exclusive Design

The attention to detail and spirit of innovation that has made Jack Daniel’s® Tennessee Rye whiskey a bold, unique success has been imparted throughout the design of the limited-edition motorcycle. Along with its custom paint, the motorcycle features a numbered Jack Daniel’s® Montana Silversmiths® badge, custom engraved rider and passenger floorboards, and a genuine leather, Jack Daniel’s® custom-stitched seat.

Premium Amenities & Technology

Premium features aboard the Jack Daniel’s® Limited Edition Indian Challenger Dark Horse, include a Pathfinder Adaptive LED Headlight and Pathfinder S LED Driving Lights, electronically adjustable rear suspension preload, Powerband Audio, a stylish flared windscreen, low-rise handlebar, and more.

Pathfinder Adaptive LED Headlight and Pathfinder S LED Driving Lights

The adaptive headlight from Indian Motorcycle senses the bike’s lean angle and activates individual LED projector beams to provide unprecedented visibility. With 15 individual LED lenses that adjust in real-time to bike lean angle, patent pending technology, and the industry’s first adaptive high-beam feature, the Pathfinder Adaptive LED Headlight delivers unparalleled illumination of the road ahead – whether upright and traveling in a straight line or leaned over to carve a turn.

Fox® Electronically Adjustable Rear Suspension Preload

The Jack Daniel’s® Limited Edition Indian Challenger Dark Horse has Fox® electronically adjustable rear suspension preload which allows riders to adjust their rear suspension preload from the convenience of their infotainment system. To do this, riders will select if there’s a passenger and simply enter the approximate weight of what is being carried on the motorcycle. The electronically adjustable rear suspension preload handles the rest and sets the preload for optimal riding and handling.

Powerband Audio

Loud and clear. The Jack Daniel’s® Limited Edition Indian Challenger Dark Horse features the premier Indian Motorcycle sound system, Powerband Audio. With upgraded fairing speakers and added saddlebag speakers, Powerband Audio is up to 50% louder than stock audio.

In addition, Ride Command provides riders with traffic and weather overlays, key vehicle information, and extensive customization capabilities.

PowerPlus Liquid-Cooled V-Twin

Featuring the liquid- cooled, 108 cubic-inch PowerPlus engine, the Jack Daniel’s® Limited Edition Indian Challenger Dark Horse delivers a class-leading 122 horsepower and 128 ft-lbs. of torque.

New Jack Daniel’s Indian Motorcycle to Be Revealed at Sturgis This Summer

By General Posts

One of the biggest motorcycle events in America, the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally is for the moment still on, despite the increasing number of events being canceled because of the coronavirus pandemic. If it goes ahead, it will be the motorcycle bonanza it usually is each year since 1938.

Sturgis is an event of capital importance for the industry, at this is where exciting models are sometimes announced. This year, Sturgis is also the place where Indian decided it will introduce a new Jack Daniel’s-flavored motorcycle.

This would not be the first time we get to see an Indian go down the Jack path. Over the past two years, we’ve had the Scout in special clothing (2018, production run capped at 177 units), and last year we got the Springfield Dark Horse (also built-in 177 units). And there’ve been even more before these two.

There’s a special Jack Daniel’s interpretation coming this year too, at the said Sturgis Rally. Indian says as much on its official website, but it is very tight-lipped when it comes to providing additional details.

What we do know is that the new special bike is, as always, a celebration of the partnership between Indian and Klock Werks Kustom Cycles, who for the past five years have been working on these special projects. It too will be built in limited numbers, and this time it will draw inspiration from “Gentleman Jack, which is a nod to the original gentleman distiller and founder.”

Also, in the images featured on Indian’s website we see the project is based on a Thunder Stroke 116-powered motorcycle, which can mean anything from the Chieftain to the Roadmaster in Dark Horse clothing. The Springfield is also on the list, but given the fact it already had a run in 2019, it’s safe to rule it out.

More details on the new Jack Indian will probably surface before the actual unveiling in Sturgis, so stay tuned.

Pre Orders Sell Out In 10 Minutes for Indian Motorcycle Jack Daniels Limited Edition

By General Posts

Just a week ago, Indian Motorcycle dealers began accepting pre-order deposits for the company’s recently unveiled Limited-Edition Jack Daniel’s Indian Chieftain. By 12:10 p.m. Eastern, pre-order capacity of 100 units was filled.

The new limited-edition offering is the latest collaboration between America’s first motorcycle company and the iconic Tennessee whiskey distillery. In 2016, the collaboration produced a Limited-Edition Jack Daniel’s Indian Springfield and Indian Chief Vintage with pre-order capacity of 150 units filled in merely 8 hours. This year it only took 10 minutes.

“This overwhelming level of demand is an incredible testament to the power of these two iconic American brands,” said Steve Menneto, President of Motorcycles for Polaris Industries. “Without a doubt, this brand collaboration and motorcycle are tapping directly into a deep sense of patriotism and American pride. We couldn’t be prouder to be a part of it.”

The custom-inspired Chieftain marks the second year the two iconic American trailblazers have collaborated to design and manufacture what is ultimately a unique V-twin-powered celebration of American craftsmanship. Both brands have long shared a mutual commitment to independence, originality, and ingenuity. Ultimately, that’s what the resulting limited-edition Jack Daniel’s Indian Chieftain represents. Based on the consumer response, it’s clear that these brands, and the principles they stand for, deeply resonate with American motorcyclists.

“Last year, we were blown away when we filled order capacity in eight hours. Clearly, we have tapped into something truly special, but to fill pre-order to capacity in 10 minutes is nothing short of incredible, “said Dave Stang, Director of Events and Sponsorships for Jack Daniel’s. “Ultimately, it’s critical to us that our partnered responsibility message of “Bottles & Throttles Don’t Mix” is heard as loud and clear as the roar of the 111” V-Twin motor that powers these Indian Chieftains. These incredible bikes are an important platform in carrying that message to consumers.”

Only 100 of these show-stopping Limited Edition Indian Chieftain’s were available globally, each coming with a commemorative American flag handmade from Jack Daniel’s barrel wood. Each flag is customized to include the owner’s name, motorcycle number and VIN. The individually numbered bikes carry an MSRP of $34,999 (California models add $250 for California emissions) and a Canada MSRP of $42,499. Each comes with a two-year unlimited mileage factory warranty and free membership in the Indian Motorcycle Riders Group™ for one year.
