Amazing life-Saving Device
 In my over 73 years of riding motorcycles, I have ridden in just about every kind of weather condition I can think of. I also have tried many items to help me be comfortable, stay dry, warm or cool and to be able to see. More than once, I have said I wished my windshield or helmet face shield contained a wiper.
Well, someone must have been listening, because I found out about a helmet face shield wiper made by a company named BIKERGUARD. They are in Slovenia which is a country in Central Europe.
The company is run by two engineers who ride motorcycles Andrej and Peter and like all who ride they kept getting caught in the rain, so in 2016 they designed and made a mini wiper specifically for a helmet face shield.
They are very popular in Europe with a lot of good write-ups in numerous regional motorcycle publications. Numerous Police Departments are also using them.

The Bikerguard comes with easy-to-follow instructions, plus everything necessary to install it. Please read the instructions and follow them carefully.
Install the templet to the face shield. Remove shield from helmet and drill two holes through the marked holes. Install mount making sure the rounded corners are at the bottom.
Install the main unit into the mount by holding the safety pin – locking mechanism. When you release the pin, it will be locked in the mount.
To turn it on, press the button on the main unit for about 3 seconds until the WHITE LED light turns on.
Once the MAIN unit is turned on, it is automatically connected to the REMOTE-CONTROL unit.
You can use the button on the main unit or the remote control to operate the wiper. Every time you press the button it will wipe one time.
To enter the AUTOMATIC MODE Â press either button two times. The LED will turn BLUE and the arm will start to wipe. The amount of wipes will be about every 4 seconds. The amount of strokes can be adjusted.
To turn off simply press an hold the button on the main unit. The device automatically of after 30 minutes of inactivity.
