NEW, NEW JERSEY MOTORCYCLE RESTRICTION from the Evil Moriarty

There are a couple of problems in our government. One, is that legislators think it’s cool for their resumes, to pass laws. Two, some legislators believe their mission is to save you. They seem to forget that their mission is protecting our Freedoms. Okay, so New Jersey Assemblyman, Paul D. Moriarty was able to convince or cajole his contemporaries to pass a law requiring that no one can ride on a motorcycle, who is under 10 years of age.

This is Assembly Bill number 2344.

It’s not only restricting the age of passengers, but you also can’t ride a kid on the tank, and he or she must have a designated seat and foot pegs. In other works, he’s severely trying to restrict kids from motorcycles. And, of course the kid must wear a helmet.

It’s interesting. Legislators, in an effort to save one life, will restrict everyone. What’s fun about that?

Yours in Freedom,
