Lee “El Dub” Walsh, one man band extraordinaire, will stomp the stage during the Best Party Anywhere during this year’s Sturgis motorcycle rally. El Dub will play at the Kinison Stage on Thursday, Aug. 9 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:15 p.m., 10 to 10:30 p.m., Friday, Aug. 10 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Bikini Beach Stage, Saturday, Aug. 11 from 9:15 to 11:15 p.m. at the Bikini Beach again.
El Dub describes himself as being a one man band who uses a loop machine to combine beatbox, rhythm guitar, lead guitar, synthesizer, dijembe, assorted percussion instruments, vocals and vocal harmonies in order to create the sound of a full band.
This one man show will bring funk, reggae, blues, hip-hop, jam and electronic music to the people of the Legendary Buffalo Chip this year and will be a show that you will not want to miss! Come stomp your feet to El Dub as he entertains the crowds at the Chip.
El Dub was previously the front man of Lunar Funk Theory, a band that he helped found almost a decade ago. The band toured extensively and played at many different festivals, though El Dub has gone solo since.
