The majority of the wiring runs up the backbone of the frame to the dash, hand control switches, and the headlight.In this case, the ‘Dash’ is an instrument cluster mounted on the handlebars. Holding this in placewith some zip ties makes the job a lot easier.

 

The main harness connects to the box via an 8 pin connector, show below.

 

Next, the hand controls need to be mounted. This is a shot of a beautiful billet set ofcontrols from Joker Machine. They are set up for internal wiring in the bars, so somedrilling needs to be done to mount them.
