Critical Deadline Looms for Comments
to Keep Oceano Dunes Open for OHVs
Comments from enthusiasts and everyone throughout the powersports industry are needed no later than March 2 to protect OHV use at California’s famed Oceano Dunes. Recent proposals threaten to prohibit OHVs or severely limit use there.

It takes less than one minute to fill out a short form (you can make any edits you wish), and properly formatted letters will be automatically sent to California State Parks, the California Coastal Commission, and the Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Commission.
Last week, the MIC Government Relations Office sent a special letter to the director of California State Parks, with public comments from 17 organizations, opposing a draft public works plan to limit and phase out OHV recreation at Oceano Dunes.
