Yesterday marked 46 years since Burt Munro rode his self-modified 1920 Indian Scout to an under-1000cc land-speed record at the Bonneville Salt Flats.
Munro was 68, riding a 47 year old machine, and his record still stands today. No tribute could truly do this man justice, but this one was for you Burt:
