SUNDAY POST–WHAT THE HELL CAN I SAY?–HANG ON

Uncle Sam

I’m at a loss for words. I’ve read and heard so much. In a sense I wish the media would back off and let our warriors do their jobs without trying to get the info first and second guess and question every move.

I also feel that since we have so many competing communication sources that they cannot make a conscious choice to make the right decision for the country. They are so afraid that the next guy will get the story before they do, they’ll publish anything to stay out front or on top of the heap. They need to put integrity in front of competition. If no one does, no one will. Let’s get to the news and go for a ride.

Redline Report

In light of Tuesday’s tragedy, I don’t think it would be appropriate to run any special deals on camping gear, which seems insignificant at this time. I would urge you to help our brothers and sisters on the East Coast however possible?and hope no one has lost a friend or loved one in this gutless attack.

There are a couple things I need to address: August’s Free Gear Winner is Nathan R. and we’ll be sending Nathan some useful gear. Also, our Web site was experiencing technical difficulties during the month of August but the problem was found and it is working as expected again.

Drag Racing Sample

I hope this caption makes sense: Steve Huff vs. Marc Augustine last year at Woodburn. Steve set a new AHDRA record and Augustine’s bike has?recently been purchased by an Oregonian named John McMillin, who took first place in the Pro Drag category at Woodburn on Sept. 9.

For the full report and all the latest race results leading up to the final shoot out in Las Vegas, check our drag racing department–Down The Track, in the free section.

Don’t miss our NCOM/AIM legislative report in the free section. We’ll be pumping any legislative motorcycle rights info into that department on a regular basis–even strange inventions from Japan.

Just One Vote

Only one person in the House of Representatives voted NO to authorize the use of United States Armed Forces against those responsible for the recent attacks launched against the United States.

The lone NO vote came from Democrat Barbara Lee of California. Her voting record shows that she is an extreme left wing radical.

Please take the time to e-mail Rep. Lee at: barbara.lee@mail.house.gov Let her know how you feel concerning her support of terrorism.

That’s All Folks– Harley-Davidson made a donation to the World Trade Center effort the other day and we’ll have more on that next week. A gentleman from Sports Illustrated on CNN made a point last night. He said that we must get back to somewhat normal and go to a game, play sports and go for a ride. Sure, he works for Sports Illustrated, but his point was well taken.

Show the world that we haven’t given up. Sure, we’ll fight for the right until the dust settles over the Middle East and terrorism is abolished. But on the other hand, when we’re not fighting, we’ll be watching Monday Night Football and going for a ride. Once again, man all over the world stands together against another Hitler.–Bandit
