We?re still live from Australia, and yesterday we roamed around Queensland meeting with old Bikernet friends in the Motorcycle Industry. It?s amazing how small the world is. We?ve discovered two classic Harley locations in Australia and the one yesterday began in South Africa. I?ll bring you the whole story when I?m stateside and we?ll also deliver deals on classic Pan and Shovelhead parts. When Rusty moved to Australia he brought nine container loads of parts, set up shop and for almost 20 years he?s been building bikes.
Let?s hit the news and then I?ll tell you about my connection to Little Mick, a 27 year member of the Rebels MC and the editor of Australian Tattoo Magazine.
SONS OF LIBERTY RIDERS PASSED AWAY MARCH 31, 2007 at 11:59 PM EST. — SoLR lived a good and healthy life; she also prospered greatly in her infancy. As a young group SoLR thrived using the power of the Internet, which was also in its infancy. For more than a few years SoLR was the premiere clearinghouse of information in motorcycle rights. A dream of Animal and myself to see information shared freely and openly between motorcyclists. As time went on as with anything aging, changes come about naturally and SoLR was no different. In its latter years like most groups complacency, selfish agenda’s and ego were the cause of death. The time has more than past to let go of our baby and bury her. She led a great, healthy and beautiful life!
To anyone who has been on one of our lists, supported us in any way or been to a TEA Party, we Thank You! You were the reason we started this, and stuck with it so long even after things went wrong. You were also what perpetuated an idea that a few bikers brainstormed so long ago. For all of the good days we shared together we truly are grateful.

BIKERNET GOES TO TEXAS–A big Texan stopped at a local restaurant following a day roaming around in Mexico While sipping his tequila, he noticed a sizzling, scrumptious looking platter being served at the next table. Not only did it look good, the smell was wonderful. He asked the waiter, “What is that you just served?”
The waiter replied, “Ah senor, you have excellent taste! Those are called Cojones de Toro, bull’s testicles from the bull fight this morning. A delicacy!”
The cowboy said, “What the heck, bring me an order.”
The waiter replied, “I am so sorry senor. There is only one serving per day because there is only one bull fight each morning. If you come early and place your order, we will be sure to save you this delicacy.”
The next morning, the cowboy returned, placed his order, and that evening was served the one and only special delicacy of the day. After a few bites, inspecting his platter, he called to the waiter and said, “These are delicious, but they are much, much smaller than the ones I saw you serve yesterday.”
The waiter shrugged his shoulders and replied, “Si,Senor. Sometimes the bull wins.

LIBERATOR TRIKES COMES TO BIKERNET–Good Morning. Liberator Trikes is a new company that builds trikes specifically for persons that are physically challenged. The web address is www.Liberatortrikes.com While the concept is for persons with disability, obviously they can be road by any one. The trike shown is the prototype that was first designed.
The finished trikes include additional front enclosures and we are working on a fender package. The general concept is as shown. Most trikes are a front engine design or an adaptation of a current motorcycle. The Liberator is design specific for wheel chair to seat transfer and wheel chair placement options. If you could list the sight on your location it would be much appreciated.

LAYOFFS AT BIG DOG MOTORCYCLES– Big Dog Motorcycles announced Friday, it’s laying off 7% of its workforce. The company blames the cuts on a decrease in production. According to a press release, the motorcycle industry is experiencing a “soft season” that hit the specialized niche motorcycle business especially hard.
The company calls the move a pre-emptive strike designed to keep the company’s balance sheet health to ensure long-term viability.
No word on just how many workers were let go.

THE STORY OF THE BIKERNET QUEEN–Once upon a time, and far far away lived a beautiful Queen with voluptuous breasts. Nick the Dragon slayer lusted after her gorgeous chest but knew that the penalty for his desire would be death should he try to touch them.
One day Nick revealed his secret desire to his colleague, Horatio the Physician, who was the King’s chief doctor. Horatio the Physician, exclaimed that he could arrange for Nick the Dragon Slayer to satisfy his desire, but it would cost him 1,000 gold coins to arrange it. Without pause, Nick the Dragon Slayer readily agreed to the scheme.
The next day, Horatio the Physician made a batch of itching powder and poured a little bit into the Queen’s brassiere while she bathed. Soon after she dressed, the itching commenced and grew intense. Upon being summoned to the Royal Chambers to address this incident, Horatio the Physician informed the King and Queen that only a special saliva, if applied for four hours, would cure this type of itch, and that tests had shown that only the saliva of Nick the Dragon Slayer would work as the antidote to cure the itch.
The King quickly summoned Nick the Dragon Slayer. Horatio the Physician then slipped Nick the Dragon Slayer the antidote for the itching powder, which he quickly put into his mouth, and for the next four hours, Nick worked passionately on the Queen’s voluptuous and magnificent breasts, licking and sucking her chest until the Queen’s itching was eventually relieved
Nick the Dragon Slayer left satisfied and touted as a hero. Upon returning to his chamber, Nick the Dragon Slayer found Horatio the Physician demanding his payment of 1,000 gold coins. With his obsession now satisfied, Nick the Dragon Slayer couldn’t have cared less and, knowing that Horatio the Physician could never report this matter to the King, with a laugh just told him to get lost.
The next day, Horatio the Physician slipped a massive dose of the same itching powder into the King’s underwear. The King immediately summoned Nick the Dragon Slayer……..

IT?S DARK BEER TIME IN AUSTRALIA–Yesterday Glenn Priddle, official Bikernet Correspondent and custom seat maker, and I hauled ass toward Brisbane and Little Mick?s shop in a private location, but not far from one of his three tattoo shops. As it turns out I spoke to Mick in Pomona at the Grand National Hot Rod Show a month ago. He?s hung out with my son, Frank Ball, the Tattoo Artist, and Mark Mahoney during other trips to the US. In many respects Little Mick is the Von Dutch/Ed Roth of Australia. He builds wild bikes, and hot rods. He paints centerspreads for Live To Ride Magazine, air brushes cars, pinstripes Glenn?s saddlebags while we spoke, and modifies everything in his home. Last year he won best of show at the Australian Bike week.
We spoke about clubs, their Brisbane clubhouse was recently torched by another club, his customizing history, Bob Roberts tattoos, art, the motorcycle magazine business, David Mann and life. It?s all coming to you shortly on Bikernet, plus many more features including the girls above. Hang on.
Now I?ve got to take Nyla for a walk on the beach before she disowns me.
