Some bikes start like a harmless night out on the town with the guys. Remember, it turned into an epic bender, that you can't remember, but you know you had a good time and somehow ended up with a girl like Becky. This Evel G-Bob started off life as a bobber with a 21 inch front wheel and a springer front end. Nothing too radical but subtle, something fun to cruise the streets of Denver.
“I was waiting on the front end, but being the impatient bike builder that I am, I had to see what it would look like as a roller, said Geoff Giles, owner of G-Spot customs in Denver , Colorado.

“I grabbed a sport bike front end, I had lying around, and stuck it on with a 17-inch wheel and some dirt bike bars. It gave the bike a whole new look, like a bike that was meant to jump cars, and so the Evel G-Bob was born.”

Geoff started off life on the back of his Dad's motorcycle and graduated to his own soon enough. He caught the bug and knew, even at a young age, that motorcycles and hot girls was the formula for action. I guess the little fucker was right, just look at Becky.
Geoff started racing motocross and graduated to road racing. He realized that to be competitive in motocross, you had to be one crazy bastard. It was road racing where he refined his ability to make motorcycles run fast and not spend a ton of money doing it. He takes that philososphy with him to G-Spot every day.

He built a bunch of the components including the triple trees, risers and exhaust. Geoff commented on the bum level pipes, “I call the pipes bum-level because in Denver, Panhandling is a pain in the ass. Every time you're stopped at a signal near an off ramp, there's some bastard sitting there with a cardboard sign begging for coin. Since these pipes come out on the left, they're aimed right at the drunk's head. One good wrap on the throttle and you give him something to add to his signÅ

Geoff also incorporated Ducati hydraulic clutch and front brake while opting for the clean looking Exile's protor set- up for the rear. Good thing he has good brakes because this bike is so light, and it runs a 113-inch S&S engine with mild porting. You combine that with a guy who made his living by racing and I bet that this bike has seen it's fair share of wheelies and burnouts. It's a rider and although it is for sale for $20K, it has all top of the line equipment including a BDL open primary, PM wheels, Paughco frame and a Midwest slick shift 5-speed tranny.

“I've raced numerous BIG INCH bikes with this thing,” Geoff said, “and ruined most yuppie's days for sure. I recently raced some weenie on a $65,000.00 Confederate Hellcat with a 124 S&S and completely destroyed him. Shit, he could have bought this for $20k and saved himself some humiliation and some dough.”

This summer he rode this bike to Sturgis and back. “Along with my buddies, Tim And Jeremy, we jammed the 450-mile run (all on hardtails) and averaged at least 90mph there and back,” Geoff said. “This bike is my daily rider, and everyday it's guaranteed to turn another head.”
The bike is simple, clean and has the Knievel bars and stars. Becky graces it and somehow makes it look even better. Oh yeah, and don't bother to ask him to do a tune up on your bike or change a tire he only builds customs and doesn't have any interest in bolting on chrome bullshit.
