David Rosie of Concord, Calif., is the winner of Allstate’s 2012 Victory Motorcycle Sweepstakes. In addition to receiving a custom Victory motorcycle built by Hall of Fame builder Arlen Ness, Rosie was treated last Wednesday to a behind-the-scenes tour of Arlen Ness Headquarters, located in Dublin, Calif.
