Royal Enfield presented its first ever electric vehicle design concept at the EICMA 2023 in Milan, Italy. This is a new phase in the history of an iconic 122-years old company. Royal Enfield Electric Himalayan Testbed debut represents the company’s commitment to a sustainable adventure and exploration. Royal Enfield has re-invented and re-imagined its motorcycles and branding well-enough in the past and now with a vision of an electric tourer it is heading boldly into an unknown future. “This motorcycle is only just a part of a much bigger sustainable ecosystem of exploration and adventure that we are working on in the Himalayas. From green charging pit-stops, to our responsible travel initiative, from creating self-sustaining communities to collaboration with UNESCO to preserve the intangible cultural heritage of the Himalayan region, there are a lot of initiatives we are passionately driving” says B Govindarajan, CEO of Royal Enfield. A few months ago, Ducati stunned the motorcycle realm with their limited-edition Diavel 1260 “Lamborghini” – a two-wheeled tribute to the Sian FKP 37, essentially. Needless to say, this ravishing marvel was extremely well received, so it only makes sense for the Italian manufacturer to introduce more special variants of the almighty Diavel, right? Well, Bologna’s engineers have indeed been preparing yet another surprise for diehard Ducatistas, which was finally unveiled earlier today. Ladies and gents, we have the pleasure of introducing you to the 2022 Diavel 1260 S “Black and Steel.” This fascinating machine will be exhibited for the very first time at the MIMO Motor Show starting tomorrow, until June 13. The event will take place at the epicenter of Milan, where the public will be able to admire the Duc in all its glory and meet Andrea Ferraresi, the director of Ducati’s Style Center. Here’s what he had to say about the company’s most recent endeavor: “The Diavel 1260 S Black and Steel is a bike that does not go unnoticed. Its asymmetrical graphics, the contrast between matte black, grey and touches of yellow have been designed to enhance the power, design and sportiness of this bike.” To be frank, we’d say they certainly achieved what they were after. We just love the way that yellow paintwork draws your attention to the Diavel’s iconic frame, which stands out in contrast to the stealthy bodywork. Mysterious Ducati Bike Teased; Likely To Debut At 2020 Ducati World Première

Could it be the Streetfighter V4, the 2020 Multistrada or something else entirely? The company will showcase its 2020 range of motorcycles on 23 October 2019. The bike in the teaser is most likely the production-spec Streetfighter V4. Other guesses include a Multistrada V4 or an updated Ducati SuperSport. Ducati is set to unveil its 2020 range of motorcycles on 23 October 2019. What’s more interesting is that the company has teased a mystery motorcycle, which has left us scratching our heads and wondering what it could be? Now, the obvious answer could be the production-ready Streetfighter V4. And this would make sense considering that the CEO of the company, Claudio Domenicali, had mentioned that the stripped-down version of the Panigale V4 will be the highlight of the event. But if we had to put on our tin-foil hats and speculate, we think it could also be the 2020 Ducati Multistrada V4 considering the fact that the flagship adventure-tourer was spied testing near Bologna, Italy recently. Other wild guesses include a new and updated SuperSport or the XDiavel. Both motorcycles are due for an update, but what remains to be seen is if they continue to sport the same L-twin setup or come with the Desmosedici Stradale V4 motor instead. While the Italian manufacturer might unveil the bike in October, we expect to see it in the flesh only at the 2019 EICMA show in Milan, which is scheduled to take place in November.
