NCOM Biker Newsbytes for March 2023
By Bill Bish |
Titled the “Preserving Choice in Vehicle Purchases Act,” H.R. 1435 was introduced March 8 and is designed to protect Americans’ right to choose the technology that powers their motor vehicles, and the measure was introduced in response to the California Air Resources Board’s (CARB) plans to ban the sale of new internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles by 2035. The Preserving Choice in Vehicle Purchases Act would restrict the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from issuing any waiver for new regulations that would ban the sale or use of new motor vehicles with internal combustion engines (ICEs).
The bill follows action in August 2022 by CARB which approved new requirements on automakers that would effectively ban the sale of new ICE cars and light trucks by 2035 in favor of so-called zero-emission vehicles, like plug-in hybrid, full battery-electric, and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.
Lawmakers supporting H.R. 1435 say it is important that the EPA does not permit CARB’s ZEV (zero emissions vehicle) mandate to take effect, as it could lead to 17 other states that have followed all or part of California’s previous clean-car rules adopting similar proposals.
The European Parliament has formally approved a law to effectively ban the sale of new petrol and diesel cars in the European Union from 2035, aiming to speed up the switch to electric vehicles and combat climate change.
The landmark rules will require that by 2035 carmakers must achieve a 100% cut in CO2 emissions from new cars sold, which would make it impossible to sell new fossil fuel-powered vehicles in the 27-country bloc.
EU countries agreed to the deal with lawmakers last October, but still need to formally rubber stamp the rules before they can take effect. Final approval is expected soon.
The car CO2 law is part a broader package of tougher EU climate policies, designed to deliver the bloc’s targets to slash greenhouse gas emissions this decade.
Legislatures are a hotbed of pro-motorcycle activity from coast to coast, with many states considering laws to prohibit anti-biker profiling by law enforcement, allow motorcyclists to filter between traffic lanes, and doff the lids.
Tennessee, for example, has two such legislative efforts: SB 1450 would create a four-year pilot program excluding adults 21 and older from wearing a helmet unless they are insured under the state’s Medicaid program (companion bill HB 0042 failed in House subcommittee); and companion bills HB 1454 and SB 0298 which “authorizes two-wheeled motorcycles to be operated between rows of stopped or moving vehicles in the same lane on certain limited access highways and interstate highways when the speed of traffic is 25 miles per hour or less.”
For most riders in the U.S., lane splitting is considered illegal, but more and more are considering legislation that re-examines the scope and possibilities of such maneuvers, such as Colorado’s HB 23-1059 that seeks to fund a feasibility study to determine what a safe lane splitting law for Coloradans might look like.
The bill is titled “A Bill for an Act Concerning Studying Permitting Motorcycles to Drive Around Motor Vehicles Traveling in the Same Direction” and, if passed, the study would be conducted jointly by the Colorado Department of Transportation and the Colorado State Patrol.
A new lane filtering bill is under consideration in Oregon again in 2023, and the text of SB 422 is substantively identical to a broadly bipartisan bill that was passed in 2021 to allow riders to operate between lanes of slow-moving traffic on a highway, but that bill was vetoed by then-governor Kate Brown. The biggest difference between then and now, is newly-elected Governor Tina Kotek, although she has not stated her position.
Lane splitting would still not be allowed in Missouri, but low-speed lane filtering in certain situations would be fine if HB 1046 passes. According to the legislative language, lane filtering “between rows of slow-moving vehicles” would be allowed within the state, but lane splitting between fast-moving traffic would not.
The introduction of this bill comes about two and a half years following the repeal of Missouri’s state helmet law. Nebraska has hopes of becoming the 32nd state with partial or no helmet laws, with the introduction of Legislative Bill 91 on January 5, 2023, which would exempt riders 21 or older who have passed an approved rider training course.
Meanwhile, bills to restrict the profiling of motorcycle riders by police are under consideration in Oklahoma (HB 2426), Kansas (SB 108), Missouri (SCR 3) and Texas (SB 616).
While some states require that a passenger’s feet touch the footpegs in order to legally ride on the back of a motorcycle, indicating adequate physical stature, New York and Georgia are attempting to take it a step further by restricting passengers by a minimum age.
A2690 in New York would “Prohibit children under the age of twelve from riding on a motorcycle,” while SB71 in Georgia states; “Manner of Riding Motorcycle; motorcycle passengers shall be no younger than 16 years of age,” and both bills have been referred to their respective committees where staunch opposition can be expected from rider groups.
In 2026, Italy will host the 25th Winter Olympics, and with activities planned throughout the surrounding areas, the Italian government has kicked its Olympic preparations into overdrive with initiatives like the “Dolomites Low Emission Zone”, which stands to limit access to the mountainous region starting in 2024.
Under the proposal, aimed at “Lowering noise and carbon emissions prior to the 2026 Winter Olympics,” authorities would limit access to the Dolomite Mountains by instituting a reservation system to reach the passes by vehicle.
A government official told a German media outlet, “We want less noise, we want fewer emissions and that requires a new legal construct.”
While the local governments already got the ball rolling, the plan requires approval from federal ministries in Rome before moving forward. If approved, Italy could institute a vehicular quota for the Dolomites region with aims to “exclude particularly noisy vehicles and to set and comply with a maximum volume of traffic.”
Though officials cite the Milano Cortina Olympic Games as the initiative’s driving force, they also hope that the Dolomites Low Emission Zone has a lasting impact.
While EVs may represent the future of mobility, most electric automobiles, motorcycles, and e-scooters can’t fully stand by their zero-emissions claims, and for now, in France at least, manufacturers can no longer claim carbon neutrality if their production and recharging processes emit greenhouse gases.
Nearly all electric-powered vehicles produce no greenhouse gases directly, however, many mining and manufacturing processes emit CO2. The same goes for EV charging, which doesn’t draw from electric sources exclusively. Many EV naysayers cling to this conundrum as an argument against the imminent transition, but many OEMs can no longer make these claims in France. Instituted on January 1, 2023, the new law prohibits manufacturers from claiming a vehicle is carbon neutral if the same can’t be said of its production or recharging stages.
Up to this point, the country has championed EV-promoting bills, but the latest bill takes aim at the advertisement practices adopted by many electric mobility brands. Under Article L229-68, a company cannot claim that a product is carbon neutral unless it provides substantiation, and should an OEM maintain greenwashing verbiage in its advertising without the aforementioned proof, authorities have the right to fine the legal entity €100,000 ($105,500 USD) to ensure their customers are not duped.
The former Kingdom of Taytay in the Philippines has enacted an executive order forbidding riders from wearing helmets.
Back in 2009, Republic Act 10054, or the Motorcycle Helmet Act was signed into law in the Philippines, mandating all motorcycle riders, as well as their pillion (passengers), to wear a safety helmet designed specifically for motorcycle riding. But this year, Mayor Allan De Leon signed Executive Order (EO) No. 62, Series of 2023, which now “prohibits motorcycle riders, as well as their pillion, from wearing their safety helmets, masks, and similar objects while riding on municipal and barangay roads within the territorial jurisdiction of Taytay.”
The new law was enacted in response to the rising incidents involving “unknown motorcycle driving assailants” who “carry out crimes and escape arrest from police authorities,” and authorizes deputized enforcers to require riders and their pillions to remove their helmets, balaclava, or similar face covering while riding on city streets.
Motorcycle Rights Organization (MRO), slammed Taytay’s new rule, calling it “another knee-jerk legislation” that compromises the safety of motorcycle riders and their pillions. “Our lawmakers need to learn how to do research and study fair legislation before they even try to make the rules,” said Jobert Bolanos of MRO.
“The Success of Motor Bike Expo 2023 Will Be Remembered,” say organizers of the ‘world’s largest custom motorcycle show’ reporting an attendance of 160,000 people and showcasing 720 companies from 35 different countries spread out over 100,000 square meters of indoor/outdoor exhibition space!
This homage to our industry also used 7 pavilions, 5 outdoor areas, and hosted breathtaking shows with “hundreds of demo rides, more than 100 scheduled events and more than 3,000 motorbikes on display.”
Motor Bike Expo is “a trade fair that focuses on motorcyclists and the use of motorcycle components, accessories, clothing [and more],” held annually in Verona, Italy.
The 38th annual NCOM Convention is coming soon, so plan now on being part of one of the largest gatherings of bikers’ rights activists in the world. To be held over Father’s Day weekend, June 16-18, 2023 at the Hilton Phoenix-Tempe, located at 2100 S. Priest Dr., in Tempe, Arizona, the National Coalition of Motorcyclists (NCOM) welcomes all motorcyclists to the “Valley of the Sun” for a convention of ideas on how to address issues of common concern.
Concerned riders are encouraged to attend and participate in the many meetings, seminars and group discussions that will focus on legislative efforts and litigation techniques to protect our riders’ rights and preserve Freedom of the Road. Agenda items will cover legal and legislative issues, with Special Meetings for Veterans Affairs, Women in Motorcycling, Clean & Sober Roundtable and World of Sport Bikes, as well as the Christian Unity Conference and Confederation of Clubs Patch Holders Meeting.

How To Get Creative With Weed Pens In Day-To-Day Life?
By Wayfarer |
Weed pens are becoming increasingly popular as an effective way to vaporize cannabis and its derivatives. If you’re curious about the potential of using a weed pen, it could make your day-to-day experience smoother and more enjoyable. Not only are they discreet, but they are also incredibly easy to use and portable. Simply pick from various strains according to your need or desire, load your cannabis into the chamber, hit the button, and you’re ready to go! Thanks to this convenience, more people are embracing the idea of using weed pens in their everyday lives to quickly escape from reality without any mess or fuss.
6 Ways To Get Creative With Weed Pens In Day-To-Day Life
1. Create Art
Weed pens have become a popular way for many to experience the benefits of cannabis in an easy, discreet manner. With their versatility, modern vape pens also create an opportunity to create art.
This has led to a growth in what is known as “Vape Art”–a blend of fashion and functionality with larger-than-life vapor clouds being sculpted into shapes and designs. With weed pen technology evolving daily, more and more people are expected to enter this unique part of the cannabis culture to create art with vape pens––drawing on inspiration from new sources and manifesting that inspiration into something visible in real-time.
2. Use Them As An Aromatherapy Tool
Weed pens give users an alternative to traditional smoking and are discreet, easy to use, and can even provide a new way of expressing creativity. One great way to get creative with weed pens is using them as an aromatherapy tool.
This means using their various aromatic blends for essential oils to help combat discomfort or give off a refreshing scent after a tiring day. The vast movement of smoke from the device’s wand tip could act as a great means for aromatherapy relaxation, allowing users to revitalize their senses and calm their minds as needed.
All in all, weed pens offer several possibilities to explore to find something new and exciting that works best for you.
3. Add Unique Scents To Clothes
Smoking weed pens isn’t just a fashion statement anymore, it can be used to add unique scents to your clothes that last all day. This unique vaping technique releases fragrances and oils into the air, which can be easily trapped in textiles.
It’s an easy process and doesn’t require extra effort — just take a few puffs and pass the weed pen through the fabric, such as t-shirts or pants. This intriguing trend, paired with everyday functionality, provides an innovative experience that everyone should have a chance to try out!
The relaxing atmosphere, quality fragrances, and lasting scent make it worth putting in some effort to get creative with how you use your weed pens.
4. Make Your Perfume
The creative possibilities of weed pens are endless and can be adapted to fit any lifestyle. If you want to get creative, one way to do that is with the ancient art of perfume crafting. With a vape pen, you can use scents extracted from cannabis plants to make a unique fragrance for yourself or somebody else.
While this might sound complicated, it doesn’t have to be! All you need is a weed pen and essential oil. After performing simple steps like steeping and blending, you’ll have your own potent, aromatic perfume. Creating your DIY perfume is an unforgettable and innovative experience that can help you stand out in any crowd.
5. Scent Your Home
Vaping weed pens has become a distinct hobby even among home decor enthusiasts. With just a few subtle changes to your regular vaporizer routine, you can now scent your home and find refuge in the engaging aromas of marijuana.
Start by investing in high-quality weed-infused oil cartridges that replace your traditional flavors. Keep your vaporizer temperature low during inhalation for maximum results. As you vape, the micro-doses enable naturally generated aromatic molecules to travel across your living spaces, filling them with the desired fragrance that lingers on for hours.
The play of aromas emitted through vaping creates an interesting sensory environment and is an ideal way to start a relaxing evening when coupled with soothing music.
6. Bring Nature Indoors With Herb-Filled Pens
Nowadays, more and more people are looking for creative ways to bring the beauty of nature into their homes. One unexpected way to do this is with herb-filled weed pens. These pens are filled with fragrant herbs like lavender, rosemary, and chamomile, providing a pleasant scent in whatever room the pen is placed.
Not only do these plants smell great, but they also make a great decorative item that adds a natural touch to any space. Whether stored on or near a window to catch the sun in the afternoon or proudly displayed on a shelf or dresser, herb-filled pens will freshen up any room or office.
Why Is It Necessary To Get Creative With Weed Pens?
Weed pens provide a convenient way to consume cannabis without being encumbered by the paraphernalia associated with traditional consumption methods like bongs or papers. However, due to innovations in the cannabis industry, it is important for smokers and merchants to get creative with weed pens to ensure they stay ahead of the trends and competitors.
With an ever-increasing number of companies entering the space, brands that can offer something unique and interesting stand out more than those that don’t. Creative designs, interesting product names, and unique packaging all help set one weed pen apart. Getting creative with these aspects can help consumers decide which brand they want to pick up next.
Are Weed Pens Legal?
Weed pens, also known as vape pens, are a vaporizer that allows users to inhale variations of cannabis concentrates. Depending on your location, these devices’ possession and sale can vary significantly in legality. In the US, possessing weed pens in 33 states for medicinal purposes and in 11 states for recreational use is legal. Additionally, certain types of cannabis, such as CBD, may be legally purchased even if recreational marijuana is not yet legalized in the state. However, it is essential to always check your local laws before purchasing any marijuana product or device, as laws can change quickly and without warning.
Will there be a Royal Enfield Sherpa 650 ?
By Wayfarer |
with inputs by Pratik Bhanushali from https://www.msn.com
Speculated to be
- to be powered by the same engine as the current 650s
- gets spoked wheel
- could borrow the bodywork from the Interceptor 650
Royal Enfield may offer yet another new model called Sherpa 650. It is getting crowded at Enfield product listing with motorcycles aimed at different types of riders. This is such a big leap from just 10 to 15 years ago. The brand and the company keeps on growing and improving and challenging itself as well as its target audience.
A test mule seen in the spy shots here gives a better look at the probable production model.
The specifications may be very similar to 650cc trio from Royal Enfield — namely Interceptor 650, Continental GT 650, and Super Meteor 650)
Sherpa 650 looks similar to the Interceptor’s unit but has suspended on USD front forks and dual rear shocks. It seems it would get off-road ready tires.
Rumors suggest that Royal Enfield would likely launch the new Sherpa 650 in 2024. It’ll be positioned above the Interceptor and below the new Super Meteor in RE’s lineup.

A Breakthrough Top-Five Finish for Monster Energy rider Chris Blose

A Breakthrough Top-Five Finish for Monster Energy®/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki rider Chris Blose
Foothill Ranch, Calif. (March 19, 2023) – The Motown music echoed through snowy streets as Monster Energy® Supercross raced into the Motor City for Detroit SX, Round 10 of the Monster Energy Supercross Championship. In the 250SX Class, Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki rider Chris Blose led the Team Green® charge with his first top-five result of the season. In the 450SX Class, Adam Cianciarulo led laps early in the Main Event until mid-race adversity relegated him and his Monster Energy Kawasaki teammate Jason Anderson to eighth and ninth place at the checkered flag.
The opening laps of the first free practice session revealed that the Detroit SX track was set to give the top riders in the world all they could handle. The sharp whoop section and abundance of tight switchback turns proved further complicated by the unique terrain of deep ruts and a hard packed base layer. Blose was quick to assert his competence in the whoops as he mastered the most challenging section of the track and began to rival near the top of the leaderboard. In the final qualification session, Blose executed the track with precision and strung together several race simulated laps to log the seventh fastest lap time of the morning (53.393).
At the start of 250SX Heat 2, Blose emerged from the first turn in fifth with his sight set forward until an early-race mistake shuffled him back to eighth place. Blose regrouped by the end of Lap 2 and began to work his way up the running order. With superior whoop speed and consistent laps, the No.57 Kawasaki KX™250 rider overtook his rivals in rapid succession. Blose advanced through the field to challenge for fourth on the final lap before securing a fifth-place place result and earning a direct transfer to the Main Event.
When the gate dropped for the 250SX Main Event, Blose again launched out to a fifth-place start and quickly found his rhythm. With the championship points leaders ahead, Blose latched onto the pace of the front group and began to separate himself from the rest of the class. The veteran rider logged steady laps and was one of the few competitors continuing to blitz through the increasingly challenging whoop section in the late stages. With just four laps remaining, a near collision with a lapped rider forced Blose to get hard on his brakes and allowed former two-time MX2 World Champion Tom Vialle to close the distance between them. Blose proved his determination in the closing laps of the race as he fended off the world class pressure and earned his first top-five finish of the 2023 season in impressive fashion.
“The support of the Monster Energy®/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki team has been awesome as we’ve focused on building with each week of racing. I’ve improved my main event finish by one position at each of the last three races, so I’d say that process has been going really well. It was great to break into the top-five and show the hard work of this whole squad. Now, with a few weeks to prepare for Atlanta, we should be even more ready to challenge at the front of the pack.” – Chris Blose

The Monster Energy® Kawasaki duo of Anderson and Cianciarulo took to the track with a clear purpose for the opening 450SX Free Practice as they quickly dialed in the course and began experimenting with alternate rhythms. As the qualification sessions progressed, both Kawasaki KX™450SR riders honed in on the ideal racing line and ramped up their intensity. Anderson, the second fastest qualifier of the morning (51.491), was edged out for pole position by less than a tenth of a second, and Cianciarulo followed close on his heels with the fourth fastest lap (51.927).
When the gate dropped for 450SX Heat 1, Anderson rocketed out to the holeshot and immediately extended a gap from the field by tripling through the opening section. Cianciarulo emerged from the first turn in ninth but thrilled the crowd as he made quick work of the competition and passed his way into third before the end of the second lap. While Cianciarulo continued his pursuit of second place, Anderson set sail out front to lead every lap of the race and secure a commanding heat race win; the 33rd 450SX Heat Win of his career. Cianciarulo’s charge through the pack earned him third at the finish.
The Kawasaki duo lined up for the 450SX Main Event with first gate pick for the No. 21 of Anderson. When the gate dropped, the KX™450SR was out to the early lead, but this time it was Cianciarulo at the tip of the spear. The No.9 Kawasaki rider commanded the start of the race with the championship contenders all hot on his trail. Anderson, racing ahead from an eighth-place start, was pushing the pack forward while Cianciarulo fought to defend his lead. The intensity of the front battle increased and Cianciarulo was shuffled to sixth on Lap 4. Cianciarulo and Anderson matched pace for several laps in sixth and seventh until Anderson crashed exiting the whoop section and dropped back to 10th. Meanwhile, Cianciarulo was pushing his way forward and inching back into contention for the top-five battle until he too made a mistake and crashed over the rutted step-on-step-off section. The Monster Energy® Kawasaki teammates both continued to charge to the finish and reclaimed positions late in the race for respective eighth and ninth place finishes at the checkered flag.
“I’d be lying if I didn’t say I’m a little frustrated about my fall in the Main Event, but there are so many positives to focus on from the day that I know we’re making progress. This dirt was tricky to find comfort on, but I had a solid run in qualifying this morning and backed it up with a good ride in the Heat Race. In the Main, I led some laps early and, once I settled in behind Kenny (Roczen), I was able to stay right there with those guys. Unfortunately, that one mistake cost me a few positions, but we’ll focus forward to Seattle and aim to tie it at all together.” – Adam Cianciarulo
“My day started out strong with good times in qualifying and I knew my KX™450SR was in a good spot to be competitive on this track. I grabbed the holeshot in my Heat Race and led start to finish, so the goal was to carry that into the Main Event. I started a little further back in the top 10 and then, while trying to battle my way forward, I got close with Adam in the whoops and just lost it. After I got up from the crash everything was pretty tweaked, so I focused on making the most of it and salvaged what I could for a top-10.” – Jason Anderson

You might think that the contents being interviews of the brothel-owner who revolutionized whore-housing are the selling point of this book. No. It’s the price: $3.99. Plus 2 dollars shipping from Amazon.
So, let’s review: You bought a book. You didn’t leave the house. You paid 6 bucks. Some guy you don’t know fucking brings it to your door. It’s got 129 numbered pages. No illustrations, so it’s all text. And you open it and start reading….and it’s all about fucking. And it’s not just fictional fucking like from a….well like something from something that I might write. In fact, it’s about an aspect of fucking that’s even more interesting than fucking. Or I should say more interesting than reading about fucking. It’s about the fucking BUSINESS.
I know what you’re saying: “Actually fucking is more interesting than reading about fucking.” Yeah, but reading about the fucking business is more interesting than NOT fucking. I know what you’re saying. But really, I need to move-along here.
Dennis Hof – now deceased – was to whore-housing like, well, like what Isaac Newton was to outer-space shit. Hof took whore-house shit to, not just shameless status, he brought it to HBO status. The level of innovation was so abrupt and so suddenly successful that, now that he’s dead I guess everyone is gonna haffta go back to shame-faced whoring.
Ron Jeremy found the body. I’m throwing that in just like it was thrown-in in the two-page epilogue. There’s gotta be another four-dollar book buried somewhere in that sentence, but for now: Ron Jeremy found the body. From what I read in the epilogue.
The interviewer was invited to the whorehouse compound I GUESS because Hof was comfortable talking to the guy. The book itself is a transcription – the paper version – of a series of internet interviews. So, I guess you can actually SEE the book in addition to reading the book. However, you can’t view the interviews on the crapper. Which is the real beauty of the Gutenberg printing press invention: you don’t need to bring a computer into the shitter. Plus, in the 4 dollar book you get the interviewer’s routine observations on his experience actually being the free whorehouse guest of the Great American Industrialist version of whorehouse marketing, advertising and enterprise.
Dennis Hof was an innovator in politics as well: he ran for and won a Nevada political-office election….even though he had already been dead a month. He apparently died fucking. I believe Nelson Rockefeller also died fucking. But he never won any elections a month later. And that’s weak.
Is there a lesson to take away from all this to help propel you through life as a wiser and more America-worthy entity? Yes, and this is me talking, not the interviewer: it’s better to be an owner than a CEO. Because if you’re an owner you actually give a shit. If you’re a CEO you probably ARE a shit. Hof was an owner. With ambition. The only ambitions CEO’s have are the same ambitions journalists and bureaucrats have: to be holy under the guise of providing a product or a service, not as a business but as a spiritual journey to perfection through bullshit. One thing Hof didn’t do was bullshit. He didn’t have time. He was too fucking busy – both fucking, and of course bringing fucking to others. I’m crying now!
And thank you Joe Cory for apparently being pleasant enough that Dennis Hof deigned you worthy of hearing his story and then telling it to others the way he said it.

Harley-Davidson Unveils The X 350 In China
By Wayfarer |
from inputs by Enrico Punsalang from https://www.rideapart.com
The first QJ Motor-built Harley-Davidson machine is ready to hit the road.
Harley-Davidson has confirmed rumors and revealed 2023 X 350 in China. It goes without saying that the X 350 is a bike that marks a new milestone for Harley’s history. It’s their first foray into the sub-500cc segment in the modern era and the first two-wheeler to be crafted by their Chinese partner, QJ Motor.
Retro flair is prominent by the round instrument console, mirrors, and headlight shape, while the aerodynamic and brawny radiator shrouds, as well as the flat-track-inspired tail section, exude a distinctive charm. Interestingly, unlike Harley’s traditional cruisers, the X 350 is entirely devoid of chrome, further adding to its unconventional, surprisingly sporty appeal.
It has mid-controls, a low handlebar, and a tall 32-inch seat height that puts the rider in a more neutral position instead of the usual foot-forward, laid-back posture. A basic digital-analog instrument cluster reflects the fact that this bike was designed with a budget in mind.
H-D X350 is powered by a 353cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine borrowed from previous models in QJ Motor’s lineup. Producing 36 horsepower and 22.8 pound-feet of torque, the chain drive is matched with a six-speed manual gearbox.
Its recognizable fuel tank stores 13.5 liters.
Keep in mind that this motorcycle is exclusive to China and costs approximately $4,793. This is less than comparable motorcycles in the 300 to 400 cc category.
However, the X500 may be aimed at beginner market in USA and would be based on Benelli Leoncino. (Benelli being owned by QJ). It is expected that the Harley-Davidson will launch the X500 first in China and other Asian markets before bringing it home to USA and probably to Europe as well.
