Wheels Through Time Fire Breather

Almost five years ago, Dale fired the 1915 Indian “Fire Breather” board tracker up for an episode of “These Old Bike Live.” The bike experienced some fuel delivery issues that day, so Dale pulled a man from the crowd to assist him in firing it up. Just a few weeks ago, Brandon Frazier, the man who assisted Dale on that day, revisited the museum, this time bringing his grandfather. He told Matt the story of that day, and in typical Wheels Through Time fashion Matt decided there was no better time to crank up the “Fire Breather” again!

Stories and connections like this are what make Dale’s Wheels Through Time Museum an experience like no other museum. To play your part in fueling “The Museum That Runs” and ensuring stories like this continue for years to come, head over to wheelsthroughtime.com/win-this-bike/ and get your tickets for this year’s raffle bike, the milestone 1948 Harley-Davidson Panhead

The machine features a 61 cubic inch racing engine and, unlike many other racers of the day, is equipped with a brake and clutch. The odd exhaust pipes make for an interesting look and quite a sound. Follow along as we bring the “Fire Breather” back to life!
