Shotgun Shocks Available for Baggers

Before 2001 when JD Braun began working exclusively on what would become the Shotgun Shock. He accommodated customers at his motorcycle repair shops by installing air shocks on their Harleys for nearly two decades.

The thing was; while his customers enjoyed the option to lower their bikes they complained about the lousy ride quality. When an outfit called Legend Shocks came out with a better quality product JD began experimenting with the device. In the process of improving the existing design he came up with a way to distribute air to four valves, two each for compression (to keep the bike from going down too far) and rebound (to keep the bike from bouncing up too far).Continue reading.
