Made In Hell Cycles is making the cover of France’s Kustom magazine. MHC’s Roman Vuagnoux is an independent and prolific builder from Marseilles, France. For this magneto-equipped Sportster, Roman used EMD’s WTF Shovel-style rocker covers, along with several other parts from the manufacturer’s catalog.
