motorhead_england_logo_jpgVictory Motorcycles at rocked the crowds at Motorcycle Live on Saturday 22nd November by unveiling a unique trike commissioned for Motörhead guitar legend Phil Campbell – who’s responsible for delivering some of the dirtiest, sexiest, most fist-pumping riffs and licks in the history of rock.

Victory Motorcycles and Rewaco collaborated with Motörhead’s European sponsor broker Jonas Sveberg, who has managed every step of the build to create Phil’s unique dream ride. A truly one-off machine which delivers the heart and soul of a Victory High-Ball cruiser with its thunderous 106ci (1731cc) Freedom motor and slick 6 speed overdrive transmission.

The High-Ball was adapted to meet Phil’s wishes by leading trike builders Rewaco, in Germany, with the addition of a modified CT1700v custom rear-end. The hydro-pneumatic CTAF chassis combines the advantages of a rigid axle and independent suspension without sacrificing ride comfort. Phil’s trike is dressed in flowing sculpted bodywork with twin high level exhausts and all rolling on chrome 17” laced wheels.

This unique ride really can bring the noise. It features a built-in, top of the line, MG10CF Marshall guitar amp, enabling Phil to bang-out his fat sound by plugging in and chucking out a riff anytime, anywhere – including live at the show, much to delight of his gathered fans!

Seeing his new machine for the first time and plugging in his guitar, Phil Commented “Amazing guys, I can’t wait to get out and ride this baby, I know everyone will want one – but, mine is gonna be the only one with a built in Amp!”

The finishing details are taken care of thanks to the mind-blowingly fine art of Terje Aspmo – who was responsible for Motörhead’s “Aftershock” album artwork – the airbrushed petrol tank features Phil, Lemmy and Mikkey Dee live on stage. Phil will ride in comfort thanks to a hand-stitched saddle, by Marius Mellebye leather craft, featuring the legendary Motörhead Snaggletooth depicted in antique brown leather.
