Easyriders Events announces dates for its 2016 Bike Show Tour; presented by Geico Motorcycle. The tour will travel from Sacramento, Calif. Jan. 9-10 to Long Beach, Calif. Jan. 16, Charlotte, North Carolina Jan. 23, Nashville, TN Feb. 6 and finally Columbus, Ohio for the Invitational Bike Show Feb. 20-21. All ages are welcome to these family-friendly tour destinations showcasing the wildest, most eye-popping creations in the custom motorcycle industry mixed with antique and old school builds.

The tour is the most anticipated custom motorcycle show circuit of its kind in the country, uniquely offering local “backyard” builders a forum to compete and show their works of artistry in iron side-by-side with some of the biggest names in the custom motorcycle world. Basic bike show competition entry is free of charge and all bikes are voted on by the attending public as well as judged by Editors from Easyriders, V-Twin and Road Iron magazines, who will be scouting for bikes and builders to feature.

2016 Easyriders Bike Show Tour Features:

Live Music by the Fryed Brothers Band – Known across the globe as the quintessential biker band, the Fryed Brothers Band of Northern California will perform live at all bike show locations with 2015 marking their 35th anniversary of fiddling their way into the hearts of country and folk-rock lovin’ bikers everywhere.
Indian Larry Legacy Bike Display – Revered as some of the most mind-bending one-off builds ever created; several Indian Larry Legacy Bikes will be on display. Owners of the Brooklyn, New York based motorcycle shop, Bobby Seeger Jr. and his wife, Elisa, are proudly carrying on with the vision of the late Indian Larry who was a true legend in the custom motorcycle world.

Paul Yaffe’s Bagger Nation – Considered one of the founding fathers of extreme bagger-style builds, Paul Yaffe and his crew will be displaying a multitude of custom bagger parts for sale as well as the debut of “Rubber Knucky,” a 1940s knucklehead that they’ve fused with the signature design that’s made Bagger Nation an industry-wide leader. Yaffe was inducted into the Sturgis Motorcycle Hall of Fame in 2014 joining the ranks of Evil Kneivel and Arlen Ness.

John Shope’s Dirty Bird Customs – 2015 has been a landmark year for bagger builder John Shope of Phoenix, Ariz.; finding him as the undisputed 2-year consecutive champion of the Hot Bike Power Tour and most recent inductee into the Sturgis Motorcycle Hall of Fame. Attendees can check out Shope’s most recent custom parts designed for Harley Davidson and Indian Motorcycles.

Rusty Coones – Celebrity guest-judge and star of Sons of Anarchy and the upcoming “American Made,” Rusty Coones (a.k.a. “Quinn”), will be delighting fans with an autograph and photo session open to the general public from 1:00pm until 4:30pm on Saturday only. A limited number of VIP Meet and Greet tickets are also available at www.easyridersevents.com. Coones is an avid-motorcycle enthusiast and enjoyed many years as the owner of a bike shop in Southern California.

Lisa Ligon and the Purrfect Angelz – Touted as the “Queen of Country Music Videos,” Lisa Ligon will act as the Master of Ceremonies at all Easyriders Bike Shows. The Purrfect Angelz, who are most-recently recognizable as the “Flaunt Girls” at Full Throttle Saloon in Sturgis [which tragically burned down in the Fall of 2015], will be showing off their choreographed dance performances live on the main stage and offering attendees photo opportunities.
Geico Giveaway Bike – Presenting sponsor Geico Motorcycle is furnishing a motorcycle to be given away to one lucky entrant at the end of the 2016 tour year. The giveaway bike will be on display at all 2016 Easyriders Bike Show Tour locations and attendees can enter to win at all tour stops.
