Keith Ball

New Biker Fiction: The Kid

by Keith ‘Bandit’ Ball with illustrations by Wayfarer Romance Ricky, spent ten years in Iraq. About to go home, he grappled with his mission. Before his time in the service, he enjoyed the fruits of his lovers. A stout, good-looking sort he rode a Panhead chopper and chased women, but like so many young men he didn’t understand the code. Most of the broads he chased didn’t get it either. He pursued them on the west coast, in Wyoming, Denver, Minneapolis, wherever there was a bar with a girl in tight denims and a bright smile. He caught the clap in Orange County, her boobs like mountains. He got ripped off from an alcoholic in Montana who fucked for fuel. He faced religion with a soft like satin girl from a temperance league, who climaxed at the slightest touch. After five years on the road and too many fifths of Jack Daniels he began to get it, but too late. He got a call from a past love from Bakersfield, California. They met in a farmer’s barn. Episode 103: Time for the Truth

New Bandit’s Cantina Episode 103 by K.Randall Ball with images by George Fleming Bandit woke the next morning with a start. Emotionally beat-up he struggled with depressing thoughts of the future. He couldn’t figure how society could be living in the best of times, yet some folks were making it the worst. He showered and scrambled down stairs. The crew made their way quietly around the Cantina as if in a thoughtful daze. “I’m working on some info for the pamphlet,” Margaret said and studied Bandit’s features. He wasn’t the type of guy to give up or even step back from a fight. Bandit looked up and smiled. “We’re going to do something or die trying.” Read the epic series of 103 episodes only on Bikernet.com by clicking here. * * * * Join the Cantina, get cool free gifts, click here.

Art inspired rumble Sidecar Project

Twenty Years of Chopper Dedication and Hard Work by Dan Stern Decades ago (mid ‘90s) Paisano Publications came out with an upscale magazine called VQ. I’m sure a take-off on GQ. People scoffed because the RUB thing was in full swing. I didn’t care because it was another great publication from bikers for bikers. It was tailored for the upscale market complete with ads for cologne, soap and other things you’d never find in Easyriders. The best part was a feature on artists concepts. VQ’s editor, Keith (Bandit) Ball was running it while juggling the editorship of Easyriders and countless other publications.
