Latest “Chopper Charlie” story by Bandit

by K. Randall “Bandit” Ball “Chopper Charlie was in a jam, he knew it. He stepped into too many dark alleys with the wrong guys. He told his old lady to pack everything she owned into her Buick Roadmaster station wagon and get ready to split. Melanie did as she was told. A tiny, bubbly thing, as cute as a button, she stood by her man unless another man came along. Charlie wasn’t a big guy, maybe 5’8” but he curled 50-pound dumbbells and bench-pressed over 300 pounds. With skinny legs, tight biceps and a barrel chest, he worked in the back of a notorious bike shop run by a four-man 1%er club called the Question Marks. “ Click to Read this latest adventure in “Why We Chop Series: Daytona Charlie” * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Read the other epic tales in “Why We Chop Series” by Clicking Here….only on Bikernet.com

Chop Upgrades to a 1948 UL

by Bandit with photos by Weed This bike was built in classic form by Steve Hannah a 20-year Paughco employee and lifetime biker. The Redhead and I hauled ass to Carson City, Nevada with the briefcase, purchased, loaded and blasted back to the Black Hills of South Dakota. I usually mess with any purchase unless it’s a restored antique. But this puppy was well built, classic and had chopper class. Jack McIntyre photography: Bikes built by Johnny Mac

By Bandit with photos from Jack McIntyre We started a series of stories about why we chop. They are a blast, inspirational and enlightening. This one touches on two elements of the equation. Why we chop and something about the history of the chopper. There are two partners involved in this story and bikes. Both are partners in a Shop called Johnny Mac’s Chopper house. One was the photographer behind this feature with Chelsea, Jack McIntyre, a veteran and the other the shop boss, Johnny Mac. Charitable Custom Motorcycles & Wonderful Sponsors

by Jack McIntyre At Johnny Mac’s Chopper House in Philadelphia, our focus has been on building motorcycles for qualified charities, and so far it’s been terrific. We have one rule when choosing a charity, it has to support the military, kids, or dogs. We then work closely with the charity to handle advertising, social media, colors, and more. We had HUGE success with our first charity build for Philabundance in Philadelphia, only to be followed up by our latest Tunnel to Towers Foundation Custom Build at the MECUM Auction in Las Vegas 1/28/22, which brought in $41,000.00.
