The Meade County Commission today accepted the petition presented by registered voters for incorporation. The registered voters and founding members of Buffalo Chip, SD will vote in an election to make the incorporation official on May 7, 2015. Buffalo Chip, SD may well be operating as a municipality before the 75th Anniversary of the rally this August.
