Scenes From Born Free

Hey, I am having a blast at Born Free. First time ever for me and this event is completely off the hook. The average age is around 30 and the energy is terrific. Good vibes all around, good people (younger and thinner) but mostly a subculture that has delved into the true roots of American motorcycling. Drop your preconceived ideas you may have about today’s young riders and come to resource your passion at this show. There’s one day left!

2014 Big Mountain Run

A good old fashioned, down to earth, fun time! By Rogue  We had an opportunity to stop at the Big Mountain Run event in Parsons West Virginia as part of the Iron and Ash Ride for Veterans and really enjoyed ourselves. I was able to see a lot of friends and the others with me met new friends. The time we spent there was good for us and helped us unwind from the hectic pace we had been running. 2014 First Annual Iron & Ash Ride – Dothan, Alabama

Dothan proved that 2 weeks and great minds working together can make a difference.  Dothan Alabama, a little town I had never heard of until Rogue said we should stop over on our way to Florida. What started as a pit stop turned into, “We want to help.” Which then turned into, “We need 2 days.” I could never have imagined what they had in store for us. Berry asked, “Do you know what June 6th is?” I said, “Yes ‘D Day’.” Thus started my interaction with them over 2 WEEKS, yes just 2 weeks working with Berry Wardlaw, Bob Mann and the many folks in the background. Clearly never challenge a southern gentleman! CLICK here to read….

So what does that mean for me? Well not a hell of a lot as Bandit was kind enough to chain my ass to the desk so that I can keep all the readers up to date on the happening’s of the weekend.   Let’s Hit the News before I chew thru these chains and raid the liquor cabinet hidden around here somewhere.  CLICK here to read…
